special or out of the ordinary applications, DSI can custom engineer and
manufacture various bond and barrel configurations to suit your special needs
such as:
- Coring prestress panels, stone, refractory and asphalt.
- Bond and kerf alterations for increased drilling speeds or
very high rebar content.

- Engineered for fast trouble free drilling of reinforced
concrete.
- Available in a multitude of standard sizes, in either open
back or solid back ends.
- Non-standard sizes available, including metric and special
formulations for asphalt, refractory, stone and prestress.
- Three performance levels to best suit your needs:
Pro 1 - for smaller jobs where low initial
cost is a consideration, Pro 2 - above
average performance levels in life and speed, Formula
.400 - professional core bit ensuring maximum life and speed.
- Drill clean holes in a variety of masonry, block and brick
walls...easily and in much less time than conventional methods.
- For use with the majority of heavy duty 7 and 9 inch angle
grinders.
