DSI's core drilling equipment is extremely rugged and easy to use. Lightweight aluminum alloy base and carriage result in a sturdy, yet mobile rig.

Available choices:

DS-40 Power Coring Unit

A lightweight, portable, gas powered coring rig for use with diamond coring bits.

DS-40 features an efficient, powerful 2 cycle gasoline engine with compact easy to use support handles and throttle controls.

DS-40's business end incorporates a heavy duty centrifugal clutch, gearbox drive mechanism and includes a super-duty water swivel accepting all standard 1-1/4"-7 NC diamond core bits. Suitable for all portable core drilling applications of up to 4" diameter and reinforced concrete and 10" diameter in masonry, asphalt, concrete pipe and non-structural reinforced concrete.

DS-40 Power Train: Two Cycle, 40cc, 2.75 HP.    Weight: 24 lbs with water swivel    Speed: 950 RPM (output).

Optional Equipment:

4 gallon water pressure can, 1-1/4"-7 to 5/8"-11 spindle adapter, conversion kit to "Y" version.

"Y" Version:

Incorporates all the features found with the standard DS-40 but provides a sturdy, compact, lightweight support unit enabling the operator to have better control when core drilling either concrete pipe or flat surfaces.  Support Unit can be ordered separately to convert your existing unit. (Kit includes stand and engine cradle.)
