Specially formulated blades for various wet cutting applications ranging from cured concrete through asphalt to refractory.

Our 30 years experience in manufacturing combined with hands-on involvement with both professional sawing and general contractors has allowed DSI to produce products suited for today's requirements.  Whether you need to cut bricks, sidewalk, bridge deck, expansion joints or install highway markers, DSI has the technology and products enabling you to get the job done.

PRO-MAX Contractor Series:

bulletWet cutting blades for general contractor usage providing a good combination of life and speed in a multitude of applications.
bulletAvailable in standard industry sizes and three performance levels:

Pro 1:   Ideal for those applications where low initial cost is important.

Pro 2:   Contain higher diamond concentrations, thus providing the best all-around performance for the cost.

Pro 3:   Feature the highest concentration of diamond, providing improved performance and extended life.

Segmented Floor/Slab Saw Blades:

bulletSpecifically formulated for use with saws commonly referred to as floor, slab or road saws.
bulletMultitude of bonds to ensure maximum performance for all types of aggregate and horsepower applications.
bulletPro 1, Pro 2 and Pro 3 levels to best serve your needs.

 

Cured Concrete:    
  1. C-90: high strength concrete - very hard aggregate. Also recommended for small saws 12 HP and less.
  2. C-95: medium strength concrete - hard aggregate - normal rebar.  Good general purpose concrete blade - all HP saws.
  3. C-100: regular strength concrete - medium to soft aggregate. 20 HP and higher saws.
Green Concrete:

(all blades supplied with undercut protection)

  1. GC-200: very hard aggregates / low HP saws.
  2. GC-220: hard to medium aggregate, best choice all-around, for most low HP saws.
  3. GC-240: medium to soft aggregate - very green concrete.
Asphalt over Concrete:

 (all blades supplied with undercut protection)

  1. AC-200: very hard aggregates / fast cutting, all HP saws.
  2. AC-220: hard aggregates, best all around choice for under 20 HP saws.
  3. AC-240: medium hard aggregates or best suited for 35+ HP saws.
Asphalt:

(all blades supplied with slurc type undercut protection)

  1. A-320: hard aggregates, fast cutting, all HP saws.

  2. A-340: medium hard aggregates, or average cutting with 35+ HP saws.

Segmented Refractory and Masonry Blades:

bulletSpecifically formulated for use with tub or table saws, either gas or electric.
bulletRefractory bonds best suited for even the hardest cast, fused materials.
bulletMasonry bonds to suit all types of masonry including combinations.
bulletPro 1, Pro 2 and Pro 3 levels available.

 

Refractory:

  1. R-60: very hard, fused-cast refractories.

  2. R-70: hard, high alumina refractories, best all around choice.

  3. R-75: medium-hard refractories.

Masonry:
  1. M-10: very hard materials - heavy clay or glazed brick, vitreous or ceramic type materials.
  2. M-15: hard material - normal clay brick, coarse abrasive ceramic materials.
  3. M-20: medium hard materials - regular brick, concrete block, pavers, concrete. Good combination blade 80% brick, 20% hollow core block.
  4. M-25: medium to soft materials - hollow core block. Combination 80% hollow core block, 20% regular brick.
Segmented Wall Saw Blades:
bulletSpecifically formulated for use with hydraulic, rack mounted wall saws.
bulletVarious bond specifications are based on aggregate, rebar and concrete strength.
bulletPro 2 and Pro 3 levels for maximum performance.
  1. WC-25: very hard aggregate, high strength concrete, heavy rebar.
  2. WC-35: medium to hard aggregate, high to medium strength concrete, normal rebar.
  3. WC-50: medium aggregate, regular strength concrete with some rebar.
